Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Eligible Cases

  • Duplicate charges for the same order.
  • Payment captured but order not successfully created due to technical failure.
  • Unauthorized transactions after verification review.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Requests without valid transaction details.
  • Completed transactions where services/products were delivered as described.
  • Cases blocked by payment-provider, legal, or fraud controls.

Processing Time

We target to review refund requests within 7 business days. Once approved, bank or card posting times depend on the payment provider.
